If a parent/student accidentally makes a double payment for the same fee installment due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded or adjusted against the next month's fee, upon written request to the school administration.
If a student cancels their admission before the academic session begins, refunds (if any) will be processed according to the school's physical prospectus rules. Admission fees are generally non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
